Not all District Heating set ups use a Heat Interface Unit to provide the end user with heating and hot water. Some use a hot water cylinder instead.
Although there is a small scaled down HIU present for heat transfer to be supplied for the cylinder the heating and hot water that you use is ultimately supplied directly from the hot water cylinder.
Our engineers are fully trained and accredited to work on these hot water cylinders and are able to diagnose faults with and service the cylinders.
We offer a combined comprehensive service package in which both the HIU and cylinder will be serviced for a fixed rate.
