HIU Service
We provide scheduled Heat Interface Unit servicing for entire buildings and portfolios at competitive rates for property managers and landlords across Greater London, Essex and, Kent.
During a service we will test your units primary flow rate, T1, T2 and delta T to make sure you aren’t paying any extra on your energy bills for any unused kWh which can be caused by faulty valves.
Over time filters and valves get blocked up, this results in poor flow rates which leads to insufficient heat transfer and in turn to low temperatures at the outlets.
With an annual Heat Interface Unit service you are able to maintain your units highest possible temperatures for both hot water and central heating.
