We provide scheduled Heat Interface Unit servicing for entire buildings and client portfolios at competitive rates for property managers and landlords across Greater London, ensuring reliable maintenance and responsive support.
With an annual HIU service you can maintain your unit's highest possible temperatures for both hot water and central heating, ensuring reliable performance and efficiency year round.
Over time, filters and valves can become blocked or restricted, which reduces flow rates; this in turn causes insufficient heat transfer and ultimately results in lower than expected temperatures.
During a service we will test your primary flow rate, T1, T2 and delta T to ensure the system is running efficiently so you aren’t paying extra on your energy bills for unused kWh, which can be caused by faulty valves or other faults.
